The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were nicely decorated with a Bavarian touch, and the double beds were comfortable. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in order.
No major issues to report, everything was satisfactory.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with new and clean beds and facilities. The hotel's atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice bathroom, large LCD TV, and a bar serving food and drinks 24x7. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, meatballs, fruits, and cheeses. The staff was friendly and supportive. The location was excellent, close to Olympic Park, a metro station to reach the city center quickly, and not far from the Messe.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a good variety. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the incentive of a free drink for skipping the room cleaning. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Olympic Park and within walking distance to the U-bahn.
The room lacked sufficient storage space for our luggage, difficult to access our belongings. The phone service and website were also unreliable, with the front desk not responding to phone calls and failing to reply to online feedback.

The Niu Brass is a fantastic hotel with clean and brand new facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the 24-hour open bar. The location was convenient, close to a tube station, and easy to navigate with a car. The breakfast had a good variety of options, although I wish there were more hot dishes available.
One drawback was the language barrier upon arrival. The concierge did not speak English, difficult for us to communicate and get the information we needed.
